Most companies vacuum the fins and use a basic spray. We use a high-pressure water jet on the fins and the blower with a heavy-duty vacuum running at the same time.
It is not necessary with the jet method, which reaches the blower without taking the unit apart.
Some spray reaches the wall during the process, and we clean it off before leaving. We bring our own rags.
